ADE Next: Kremlin Techlabs
19 August 2010It might sound a bit like a secret Soviet hide-out during the cold war, but it isn’t anything like that at all. Sure, there is some competition between the software developers of today’s world of producing software, but a cold war? Nope. Then why Kremlin Techlabs?
Well, Felix Meritis has a whole range of rooms, each with its own name. The Kremlin room, for instance. And during ADE Next this room will be transformed into a true Walhalla for gearheads. Now the name Kremlin Techlabs gets a bit more self-explanatory. The room will be filled with a number of complete music production and live performance sets. And of course these sets will be accompanied by experts.

By visiting the Kremlin Techlabs you can expect the mayors in production software, like Ableton, Cubase and Logic, but there will be more tools available. It’s a way to take a peak on how experts use these tools, but you can also ask for tips and tricks. And of course those pro’s are there to give you advice on which tools to use for your projects.
Next to this practical info, there will be a series of presentations given by artists and producers. Get yourself ready for an overflow of information and testimonials by those who know every bit and byte of these programs. Be sure to take a peek on the fourth floor of Felix Meritis to catch a glimpse – or more – of Kremlin Techlabs.
